It is absolutely magnificent. My son had an interview there for Liverpool University a few months back so I went for a look around in the cathedral and the crypt. I have to say the place made a real impression on me, it is beautiful.

Yes, it is a beautiful cathedral. I used to go quite a bit with school when I was a kid.
