this is on the site:
Nearest Car Park:

The Odeon Car Park is situated on Hotham Street and is open until Midnight if on street parking is not available (On Street free after 6pm)
Apcoa Car Park is situated at Lime Street Station – access via Lord Nelson Street www.apcoa.co.uk

there is one by st john's shopping centre, could be the apcoa (above) but it's pretty close to the venue. maybe a 5 min walk.

we've also parked at the liner hotel before but best to get there early. seems like a lot of the hotels are filling up fairly quick.

ok thanks both for the info.
It's a pity that the last train leaves so early, otherwise I would just leave the car at the station and come in by train. I hate driving in Liverpool city centre.

Anyway, as it stands there could be a change of plan and I won't be driving after all which totally changes the line of inquiry...is Ma Eggies still open?

Thank you for the thank you 5times. We may talk an inordinate amount of useless, worthless shit on here but we know about parking, aye, we know about parking.

I like it when it's sold out as they open that upstairs bit and there's somewhere to sit down.

I quite enjoyed Magic Alex a few years ago with the bass (?) player sitting down for the whole of their set looking pissed off, very amusing. otherwise support bands are just there to be ignored aren't they?
