I don't mind them myself. Would't pay to go an see them specifically but I'd be tempted if they played with the Bunnymen, bit pricey though.

Not really, I had a "best of" compilation ages ago and there were a couple of OK tracks on it but most of it was pretty mediocre. It didn't get many plays and when the time came to transfer everything onto my generic fruit based mp3 player I think the cd stayed at the back of the cupboard and it hasn't seen the light of day since.

Come home is really good; I've just had a listen to it for the first time in years and it didn't half take me back to the carefree, laid back days of old when I had nothing to worry about apart from getting the money together for football and nights out.

I've probably been a bit over critical of them about this tour with the bunnymen, but that's because to me the bunnymen were and still are head and shoulders over them and should be headlining, not supporting. Anyway, I'm sure James fans would disagree- each to their own.

Only ever heard two songs. The sit down next to me one and the one about some bird who only comes when she's on top. Aren't they supposed to be big on the continent?

"She's A Star" is about the only song by James I liked. Remember it well as I probably heard it numerous times in the late 90s standing (or staggering) probably pissed in some club that was doing an indie night. Oh, and Keeley Hawes was in the video.

Yes, I've heard that such ladies as those you speak of are very big on the continent.
