I read about that this morning. Bit of a legal minefield. Problem is this relates to UK law so you'd assume that nobody would be able to force a foreign based website to reveal the identity of somebody supposedly posting defamatory comments or forcing a site to remove possibly defamatory comments - that includes Facebook or even forums. However, Facebook was recently threatened by UK legal action and actually agreed to reveal IP addresses and basic subscription details of these "trolls", so. Fair enough, if somebody is going out of their way to harass someone on the Internet for absolutely no reason other than thinking it's funny. I think though people will eventually have to watch what they are saying on the Internet.

luckily he doesn't hang around here much. Plus I've always a assumed that 'dave smith' is your real name and hence you're tracable (cos theres probably only a few dave smiths in the world).

So what is it about fat bob that winds you up? Mrs FC's friend has similar feelings about Jools Holland and has a rant every time he appears on the box (which is quite frequently), just because they were involved in a bit of a fracas in a restaurant in about 1985. Personally I wouldn't fancy Jools' chances.

Obviously he's too old and fat to reach over to tie them. As for the lipstick.....I think people just expect him to wear it. And he probably looks better with it on than off (think KISS....praise Jesus they started painting their faces after a hiatus of not doing so. None of them is attractive).
