Not on it for very long....60 sec Mac anecdote...but the programme is quite interesting with the added bonus that because it deals with British bands U2 don't rear their ugly heads till 50mins in!

Oh and they played a small snippet of the Puppet but no one seems to like that song so I'd forgot to mention it.

If by "no one" you mean "nearly everyone", then you are correct.
"He was a mongoose, rather like a little cat in his fur and his tail, but quite like a weasel in his head and his habits."

I like it.
Every word is like an unnecessary stain on silence and nothingness.

What do you mean no one likes it!

I believe JackT said "nearly everyone"

I actually think it is good indicator
to the change in direction from
Crocodiles to Heaven Up Here.

Personally, I like it, actually bought it when it came out but was alluding to the Mac default position i.e. he doesn't like it

I think it's a good song . It has that odd cadence "I'll PRAC-tice my fall for PRAC-tice makes per-FECT" and the overlapped words in the second half. I never understood why Mac hated it.

Didn't they want to release Villiers Terrace?

But Korova said to record a new track so I guess they
gave into peer pressure.
It would've made an excellent B-side for A Promise.

Thought Robert Smith talked a lot of sense, which, of course, McCulloch did not. Wonder why he got 30 secs when Smith got a lot more shown????[/b]

Hold on-- I'll get my transcription machine out and type it up for you.

I'm on the edge of my seat. Was it a knock knock joke or something about the next album being the greatest since Ocean Rain?
