So why is not okay for a guy to like an all-female band but totally [s]done[/s] (stupid phone autocorrect!) fine if a woman listens to an all male band? This comes off as a double standard. I don't feel like my body parts are going to go missing when I put on something loud with crunchy guitars...

I dig chick bands but feminist ones like Sleater-Kinney and Bikini Kill make me wonder if they'd really want a guy like me in their fan base.
