Just found this link for the Birmingham gig. 25.9.2011
Enjoy sounds like it might be one of the last Bunnymen gigs!!!!!!!!

Thanks for locating and sharing the link. Excellent sounding recording. Will need to wait until this coming weekend to listen to it from beginning to end to judge the performance.

I listened to the show last night. Mac spends an extraordinary amount of time talking between each song. Might not be so bad if I could understand just a quarter of what he said. If this continues, the music may become secondary to Mac’s standup routine. I can begin to understand why some people in the crowd began heckling him at the Glasgow show.

Problem in Glasgow was he decided to try his stand up routine during the songs not just inbetween them.......

Nah, I was too scunnered after the Glasgow show to waste more money and go see them in Liverpool..........

I'll not pretend that I won't catch them again as am off to see them in Paris in January, and will no doubt catch them many more times but boycotting Liverpool was my attempt at a protest........ :lol:
