What happened between Ivan and the Bunnymen?

Time has passed and I was wondering what happened between Ivan and the Bunnymen, the designer of their website in early 2000s? Anybody have the real story? I really liked the Monty Python-like screensaver he made and I thought his version of the official website was one of the more stable and better ones.

Thanks for the positive feedback. I loved doing the site when I was doing it.

As for what happened with me? I started "borrowing" money that was coming in for merchandise, to buy shit for my previously-estranged, now again-estranged daughter. Shit snowballed, realized about $4000 in that I had now visible way of paying them back, came clean and bailed.

Big bridge to burn, for sure. I'd do things differently, had I to do them again (like, I wouldn't collect the merch funds).

I met a lot of cool people during my time with the Bunnymen... but I've met a lot more cool people here on this forum.

Back to Back, unless you're one of the Bunnymen, I don't really see how it's your business what went down between them and Ivan. Furthermore, I also don't see how you not getting a "free" CD is stealing from you, since it was FREE, meaning you weren't going to pay anything for it anyway.

Ivan already said his piece, and for you to heap public abuse on him for doing so is quite lame, in my opinion.

I used to think of Ivan as a thieving twat until I got to know him as Frank. Now I think of him as a thieving twat with a cute, cuddly side.
