what did Lorraine look like when she was with Mac?

General discussion about the band, live shows, its recordings or bootlegs, etc. You can buy, sell or trade here. You can even post eBay links. If it's about the Bunnymen, it goes here.

I once attempted to chat up a bird in Birmingham-I had the black leather and white socks/black shoes in 87-"fuck off, youve got white socks on' came the reply. You're right GP.They were soooo 1985.

Think that was the same night I tried to get into a nightclub and was told "come back when you've ironed your shirt".Mr Popular me that night.

I do remember that white terry towelling socks + black slip on shoes became a fashion faux pas after a while. So I quite understand why you got turned down by that chick. Same thing with snow-washed jeans, they were as widely worn and mostly associated with the "Sharon and Barry" brigade (I guess the 80s version of chavs). I didn't wear them as a young ghostie, thankfully.

And before Voodoo Billy jumps in, no I didn't wear a top hat and tails either.

Both times with members of the hotel staff - first, with a housekeeper when he went to "get a bucket of ice". Second, with a cashier when he went to the hotel gift shop to "buy a pack of cigs".

Go Ian, go. Go Ian who? That bloke on the left looks like Morten Harket. Cliff Richard recreating the Wired for Sound video?

Oh, look there's Ian with William. Go William go, whoever you are.
