Folks, sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I didn't record HUH - took some 'time off' to have a few beers and discuss the gig with my mate while HUH was ongoing - sorry! However I did record the encore which is available here (and always was, I just didn't mention it):

(sorry folks, times up! Had to remove the links)
** UPDATE black francis has kindly organised a share, cheers mate!

Get 'em here:

Enjoy!

[s]p.s. and folks please remember that I'll be removing these links tonight to save any bandwidth issues with my ISP. If somebody else wants to post them on rapidshare or similar then feel free...[/s]

p.p.s. and sorry for me and my mate butting in a few times - you kinda forget you've got the thing recording, lol!

wouldn't deny there's an element of that, but HUH is a slow burner, very slow I found, but nevertheless...., - the newer stuff might be too. will have to wait a while and see.

Have you read Nick Hornby's Juliet Naked? The email discussion at the end of that tells us we are not alone in this. Hope you have a good trip to the pool.

yeah bootlegs of shows are definitely encouraged! Just don't post links to material that has a copyright or is available to purchase.

Sorry, it's genetic... I'm Scottish - I need alcohol, even worse, I'm Glaswegian - I need even more, my body fails to function without it...

Look at it this way: I drained my alcohol resource to a critically low level recording Crocodiles, so therefore I needed emergency bar treatment during HUH to stabilise my blood/alcohol balance levels in order to survive recording the encore... and it was marginal at the end....

I'd encourage weejobby now to write his reply in Scottish Gaelic with a LOL at the end.

yeah you ingrates we almost lost a good man to low alcohol blood levels. Don't worry weejobby, some of us understand.

Cheers mate, It's nice to know somebody appreciates I put my life on the line for you guys...

For those that did download them I hope they were okay and you get some enjoyment out of them, it WAS a great gig and myself and my mate Mick are well chuffed we were able to go, feel bad for the people that couldn't make it because of the weather etc, I guess that's why these wee bootlegs are useful because not everybody has the opportunity to make the gigs...

Cheers folks.
John.
