Listening to the interview, Sumner sounds genuinely choked up.
He sounds affable. He is a lot different from the old interviews I remember.

I am surprised Sumner wanted to keep the synths. I was under the impression Sumner wanted to go acoustic. Considering that first track on Manaco sounds more New Order than New Order. I needed to give Electronic another listen to realize why that probably wasn't the case.
