well I only got the crown this morning so I'm pretty new to the game. How about a jolly good seeing to. That nearly always works I find. Either that or agree to go shopping with them. Or tell them you love them a bit more often, i.e., dont just repeat it after they say it to you or when you fancy a shag, take the initiative. Chicks love that. I'm not all that sure I'm cut out for the lifestyle though.

I had shoulder surgery and have a chronically messed up ankle. I also am still getting over whiplash from car accidents. I sympathize with your pains.
