Great. She shot me a very nice, heartfelt apology. Now I feel like the asshole.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

Ok, I laughed out loud. I didn't laugh my ass off. I didn't roll on the ground. I didn't spit my coffee on my monitor. But for a second, I chuckled out loud.

Client e-mail:

I looked everywhere. I even looked
between the cushions on the sofa.
The good news: I found my car keys.
The bad news: I didn't find the serial
number. Please don't make me start
looking in the files in the shed. I
think there are ghosts out there and I
am a big chicken.

My response:

The good news is I found your serial number.

DWDK0410-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

The bad news is ghosts really do exist and probably are in your shed.

Best regards,

Steve Albini is probably out there too.
