Maybe it wasn't recorded at the same time they didn't go to Dubai.
Here's what the Aministrator (sic) had to say about it:

Maybe they reevaluated after they released the single that was not a single.
The "Aministrator". Wow. There is even a typo in the Administrator's user name! Maybe it's Idi Amin?
