Les in Reward (Teardrop Explodes)

This really cracked me up. Les is playing trumpet--and if doesn't actually play, then he's doing a good job of acting like it. He's one of the the guys up in the tower and riding in on the car. Here are some pictures from that day.

Didn't I read in Cope's first book that all the Bunnymen (except Mac maybe) had gone down to film the video at the then un-developed (or un-re-developed!) Albert Dock? Is the other trumpeter Dave Balfe?

Apparently Will was in the video but is more difficult to spot. Someone on his fotolog said they watch frame by frame until they found him, but he was definitely there and took pictures and made note of who was there. Les was in the video. No account of Pete or Mac. Of course if you poke around enough on Will's fotolog you find some reference to a Teardrop Explodes foto having Hitler mustaches.

Yorkie was in it for sure. He drove the jeep. Almost hits Julian--personal? JK.

I can't recognize the other one, it's just that Les has a rather distinctive profile, so it was an easy one--that is if you know to look for him.

Well, there is someone sitting on the floor inside the building that looks vaguely like Mac and is in a couple of frames... It's hard to say... Check
