so, how did he show this sensitivity? presumably by not kicking a door in near your head. did he give you flowers (eh eh, joke there) recite a poem or shake hands without using one of those really manly handshakes that junior managers like to use just to show you who really is the boss. No, he was just sound all 3 times. Talked books and records in an erudite manner, took the piss a bit, and didn't sit under that bloody glitterball. Still, I didn't hang around to witness what he got up to later as I had an appointment with the pub.
