My next step is to convert the DVD to FLV (YouTube Compatible)
I'm afraid an AVI of the entire performance would be too big for Megaupload

Saw it, and just checked out megaupload's policy.
Looks like the max filesize is 1gb, so we should be good.

Now I'm looking around for good conversion/ripping/burning software.
