The Charlatans

We know there is more to life than the music of the Bunnymen. Talk about those other bands here.

Cool! thanks for posting this!

It would be worthwhile for the Bunnymen to do this while the topic of free legal album releases is a newsworthy topic. The hardcore fans will always go ahead and buy the CD later

A kite is a contract of glory
that must be made with the sun,
so you make friends with the field
the river and the wind,
then you pray the whole cold night before,
under the travelling cordless moon,
to make you worthy and lyric and pure.

I like it a bit - and I don't like the band much. I just wish that singer would quit the band.

Oh! Vanity sounds pretty derivative of "Green Onions" by Booker T & The MGs

Well, the Only One I know was a rip off of Hush by Deep Purple.

If you're gonna be like that then I don't want to hear any more Jake Brockman references.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

To be fair though, I'm the one who elevated the Jake Brockman joke into the art form it is today.

Plus, some of my Jake Brockman jokes were actually just dressed-up Noel Burke jokes. (Take for example, the classic Jake Brockman Experience joke.)

I see now that I've been riding your coattails this whole time.

No, no, you will always be credited as the father of the genre'.
