New Order

We know there is more to life than the music of the Bunnymen. Talk about those other bands here.

New Order: why they're shunning heritage rock for a conceptual synth orchestra
https://www.theguardian.com/music/2017/ ... -orchestra

For So it goes.., New Order listened to their entire back catalogue to assemble a setlist that’s “90 per cent” different from their last tour. “There are songs that we haven’t played since the 80s,” says Morris, “and when we play them you may well discover why!”

There is peace in our time apparently, deal done out of court - though obviously we're not told what it is. Can't be long before Hooky gobs off about it though I suppose, since he's not bee shy about coming forwrd before.

Just found this - Gillian and Alison chatting about stuff

https://www.stereogum.com/1962251/in-co ... interview/

Gillian mentions a cou-pe of times about 'the bass player leaving' and i was thinking their current bass player, but then realised no - its the old one. Presumably since hewas a bit rude about her she can't be arsed even mentioning him. ANyways, a new order goldfrapp doublle bill, I'd go see that.

Chez.

With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts
