I saw a gig on t.v. years back and thought "great singer, shame about the band"- who seemed like thrash merchants. But they seem to have got MUCH better lately-or perhaps they had an off day? Or perhaps , like the Bunnymen, their best songs are a secret?

I like the odd song here and there and Black Holes and Revelations was a good album but overall too much high pitched wailing and histrionics for me.

Never liked muse and the singer's got a god awful whiny high pitched voice. Then the other morning some song came on the radio and I'm thinking, hmm, this is alright, I wonder who it is. And guess who? Thats right, oasis. No, just joshing, it was muse, fooling me by sounding slightly different and getting me to like them whilst my guard was down. Not expecting to go out and buy anything though.

I just played some of their older stuff yesterday. I like "Madness" but haven't listened to much else off the new one. I'm not really a huge fan of Matt's, but I love, love, love their music. "Uprising" kicks ass.
