Lykke Li

We know there is more to life than the music of the Bunnymen. Talk about those other bands here.

Lykke Li

I say the new album is sellout central and really good. Throwaway pop that is methed up Phil Specter or George "Shadow" Morton and makes good driving music. I think Bow Wow Wow's Candy" was used as a template for this one.

She is great. Been listening a lot to I Follow Rivers. Don't know about Bow wow wow's Candy as a template though.

Btw, I take it Roxette is the one not so good...

You have books over there, and people who are actually capable of reading them?........................Cue Withahip.

It is kind of scary when a ghost does it.

Is that Hugh Laurie in that sketch? Nah, it's not working for me as it's only available in the US. I'm getting this message.

Jack T, can't help being curious as to what that book might say about Sweden. Is she enjoying reading it? Or is it a must from school...

Withahip, now since you mentioned it, slight resemblance...

It's for school.

Is she enjoying it? I can't imagine that she is.

The book appears to cover a range of topics including The Monarchy and exports, and has the same sorts of pictures found in my German language textbook from the '80s, in which two European-looking people sit at a table in a Restaurant, or look at a map together.
