Punk Videos

We know there is more to life than the music of the Bunnymen. Talk about those other bands here.

How come they never, never play this live anymore?!! It's great. Everytime I see them (since they reformed in the 90's) it's practically the same set. It's an Echo by numbers concert. Pull out more songs from your back catalogue guys.

thanks for the link. I think I'll forward it to VH1 Classics. They really need to expand their "120 Minutes" repertoire. It's always the same 40 to 50 vidoes. Altho at least, occasionally, they play the RAH "Never Stop" and "The Puppet." Which is from that oddly named "Urgh, A Music War" film.

Thank you so much. I'm a huge (no pun intended) fan of punk music therefore, anything about that genre' is awesome.

I have The Damned's "Jet Boy Jet Girl" going through my Ipod right now. Oi.

I'm not a big fan of the punk genre'. To me, much of it sounds corny and dated. (There are notable exceptions, of course.)

As far as I am concerned, the primary contribution of punk was to spawn the post-punk movement, which happened almost immediately. By that token, punk had served its purpose by 1979. Just my opinion.

Have you watched the videos? Few are what I would call 'punk.'

Awww, thanks, and thanks for the goodies

Saw the Cap'n sing this just about a year ago on the Sunset Strip. Good stuff.
What a weekend that was! The Slits one night, then the Damned the next. Whew!
When it rains, it pours punk

Could be ... they were incredible in Brixton. ... now there's word they might play the Albert Hall too.

I just want them to play the U.S. again. I nominate Cains Ballroom in Tulsa for a return engagement. One of the few places still a going concern from their '78 tour of the former colonies. I'd go .... it's got a great spring-loaded dance floor
