Got about 4, heard about 8/9...

seeing as it's a predominantly white retro guitar band list, where the fuck is British Sea Power's The Decline of Brtish Sea Power?

(Still, I never dug lists, I should be glad it's not on there, given the NME... I'll stick to what comes out of Kranky/Morr/Conspiracy Records et al...)

The Shins's first album is their best, IMO, but Wincing is their second best.
