Jarvis Cocker is a God

We know there is more to life than the music of the Bunnymen. Talk about those other bands here.

He's looked like a geography teacher for quite some time.

the ghost of guitarplayer wrote:Aah, you know of the place. Jarvis is also doing another talk/signing session in London next week, but I don't know if I will go to that - I was considering it because he is including a powerpoint presentation to accompany a talk, which wasn't done at the Foyles signing that I went to. He looks like a geography teacher these days or an academic off Open University so I can imagine it might be quite amusing.

Amusing my arse, you're just hoping to feel the sting of that cane across your pink buttocks.

Aahh, thank you Ghostie. They do say, of course, that school days are the happiest days of your life.

More pictures of Jarvis and less pictures of scantily clad women please!

Thank you for your help in this matter.

How about scantily clad pictures of Jarvis? Would that be a nice compromise for you, bf?

BF I would be surprised if they didn't play some other dates in the US. There is a week between each appearance if I'm not wrong as well. Why would they come all the way for the first time in 13 years just to play a few days.

That's what I'm hoping for. I'm not gonna pay $315.00 for a ticket not including a place to stay and I don't do camping like all those hippies that show up.

There must be a warm-up gig or two. I will pay up to a $100.00 to see Pulp/Jarvis Cocker solo but no more.

I didn't get to go to the book signing. I saw him play at a gallery or something a few years back.

I haven't any Euros but I'd go and see him for £0.00 if he was round here.

Oh well. I think I saw Pulp play for a fiver once, something like that. Bit more than your £0.00 but then there was more than JC.
