hugely overrated band. 4 good tracks on a first album doesn't make it seminal. Must have been a bit of a vacuum around that time I guess. I was having babies (well the then mrs cherry was, I was watching from a safe distance). I think missed the lot. the baggy/roses thing that is, not the babies.
Good gawd.....20 years since that album came out, where the hell did my youth go? Would love to see Reni behind the kit again, but Brown has always been a piss poor vocalist live.
