I caught Jack in NY in front of a mirror going "I'm a star. I'm a star, I'm a star, I'm a star. I'm a big, bright shining star."
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

That trip was kind of a blur. Was that after he humiliated that Irish waitress with the limp after she forgot the chicken on his salad?

Before that and after the Broaway Special. At the same time as the glass elevator ride.

Mate emailed looks like London may on, the road crew were told yesterday to met up at the 02 this week..... So here's hoping....

Depeche Mode star recovering from tumour operation

A Depeche Mode concert in the UK has been called off while frontman Dave Gahan recovers from an operation to remove a bladder tumour, the band announced today.
The synth-pop group’s gig which was due to take place this Saturday at London’s 02 arena will be re-scheduled.
The postponed gig is the latest in a string of dates which Depeche Mode have been forced to scrap.
Gahan was taken to hospital after suffering a severe bout of gastroenteritis on May 12 during the band’s 'Tour of the Universe'.
A statement from the group said: “While in hospital, further medical tests revealed a low-grade malignant tumour in Dave’s bladder, which has since been successfully removed.
“At doctors’ orders Dave Gahan must take a break until June 8, to ensure that he makes a full recovery.”
A show in Leipzig, Germany, on that date will be the first concert to be played following his recovery.
The band said: “Dave Gahan sincerely thanks his fans for their support, understanding and patience.
“Depeche Mode deeply regret any problems or inconveniences the cancellations and postponements may have caused.”
