In short - and I have your answer here BF old chum, we post any old nonesense (and he keeps releasing album after album, but that's another thing). Anyways the kids (grown up as they are) asked me what I wanted for my birthday last week and I happened to catch this bloke on the radio talking about his career and his new book of collected poems, and thought, yep he sounds quite interesting and the poem he read was mildly entertaining, or something. And so I gets this book and it is quite entertaining and mildly amusing (though he's no Roger McGough or Adrian Henry, or even a Seething Wells or Attilla The Stockbroker for that matter) and then I found this poem about Nick Cave - which kind of sums up all I just said:
