Collective Soul

We know there is more to life than the music of the Bunnymen. Talk about those other bands here.

I also have loved these guys forever.....started listening to them around the time my mom died, so I supposed there is a sentimentality to it all (but I would have bailed on them if they sucked). I tend to not like videos that are homemade, but they don't have an "official" for this song. And the lyrics to this song are the shit.

Another great song from CS...a mellow tune. And the lead singer doesn't make me want to scoop my eyes out.

They suck. Just the mention of their name kills babies.

I wholeheartedly disagree......go wash your hands off with soap for saying such words.

The boys from Atlanta will be here May 19th. I already got my tickets, the venue is nice and cozy (room for about 1000), and it will kick ass. They are performing their "Dosage" album in full (which is my favorite with "Heavy" being one of their best songs evah) plus other tunes. I'm very much looking forward to this, as the last time I saw them only Ed and Joel were around for an acoustic set which was lovely for the setting, but I'm ready for the real deal.

The day I have been looking forward to will finally be here tomorrow! I heard that the venue drags out time between sets to make sure everyone is bored and gets all liquored up while they're waiting. Little do those bastards know they won't make a dime off me since I don't drink. I anticipate standing a lot, shoving even more (since I'm short and refuse to look at the back of some a-hole's head because he feels the need to be in front) and having a great time.

I just saw them here in Charlotte this past Tuesday, the 15th.

They sounded very good. We have a new concert venue, The
Fillmore, so bands like The Cult have played there.

If you like the band, they put on a good show. Dosage first and
then 8 of the popular songs plus 2 encores. Have fun.

Fan fucking tastic show! It was sold out, and the the venue was like an oven. Crowd was enthusiastic and polite. SRO, and I could actually SEE from where I was standing. This one chick was standing off to my right, and I swear to God, her arm got into about 3/4 of my pics due to her flailing. She danced/ moved around enough to take the space of three people,(and space was very limited). I thought for sure she was going to step on my foot or blacken my eye.
