I initially thought it was some kind of joke when I first caught some it, unfort. it's not. There's actually some pretty good music on TV, there was an hour block of Paul Weller right before this bullshit came on. But, something bad always slips through the cracks.

It could be worse. Shaggy's Boombastic, Clapton's Tears In Heaven and The Eagles were in heavy rotation there - and that was ten years ago.

Is J-Pop still terrible? I think Corenelius and Supa Ka- were two of the few bands on the radio I could take.

These guys are from Australia and are really popular here (and elsewhere too it seems). They have each been in very successful bands before getting together. The skinny one was in Pnau who had a hit with Wild Strawberries, and the one in blue was in The Sleepy Jackson who had a great song called Good Dancers.

I thought Empire Of The Sun were a joke when I first saw them too, but it seems they're having the last laugh.
My daughter loves them.
