Now, STP is a gulity pleasure, but Scott Weiland can belt it out. And he's weird too. BRMC can rock your socks off! They deserve so much more credit, press, etc.. than they get. I am sooooo geeked!!

I have seen BRMC three times. One show was poor but due to the fact that they played in what was really a cement box. The other shows were amazing.

I heart BRMC too. I've only seen them once -- last year, when they opened for Jesus and Mary Chain. Damn fine show. Now, if A Place to Bury Strangers had been on the bill too, it would've been a real ear bleeder

I have seen BRMC twice. (Violets, member from the Official Forum turned me on to them!) First time around, Robert Been was right smack in front of me doing a solo that would make Jimmy Page blush! I thought the Guitar Gods were smiling upon me!

i saw on their myspace page that they are going to do a headline show at Irving Plaza on tues August 5th, tickets $26.50. not sure if they are on sale yet.
i am hoping they do a headline show in Philadelphia too, cuz the STP/BRMC tour is only going to Atlantic City, NJ and Bethlehem, PA - both of which are about an hour and a half drive for me, and philly is so much easier
