Now that I'm an ordained minister, I want my status changed from "member" to "Reverend".
That is all.

I don't know what that means.crystal89 wrote:Do you have to beg then?

Actually, I became ordained because of recent civil rights news in my state.
Our governor recently passed a marriage equality law, allowing same-sex partners to marry. The tv news up here was all abuzz with ministers who fear they'll be sued if they refuse to marry same-sex couples.
I feel that it's a non-issue. Any couple - straight or gay - would probably not want to be wed by a minister who opposed their union. I thought about it a while. I've got a number of gay friends, and know several same-sex couples with children. So, I went and got myself ordained, cuz I don't have a problem hitchin' no gays. To me, it's a civil rights issue, and I took a side.
Nah, I'm not gay.Mr. Brian wrote:So I should change it to Gay Reverend?
