Sent button & Outbox button.....

When you PM someone, what's the difference between the message stored in the Outbox and the Sent box? Is it b/c the message that's stored in the Outbox has not been opened or that person has you on ignore status? Just asking. Thank you.

i think it's just sitting in the outbox waiting to be sent! i get that sometimes too.
