How come some PM messages I send go straight through and some go in "outbox" forever and ever? I have pics of my weiner I'm trying to send here.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

Messages sit in your outbox until the recipient reads them

What if you receive notification of a PM, go to your inbox and there are no new messages there?

That means the person that sent it removed it from their Outbox. In fact, you may have just received something similar as an example of this

I just sent Kounelaki a PM and removed it from my Outbox to show how this may happen. The e-mail that it sent notifying someone of a new PM is triggered by the event of having a PM in your Outbox for that recipient.

Except there may or may not be a PM or two waiting from me in place of the deleted Pm from you although I can't be sure about that.
