Problem with e-mail notification

I guess for a few days there's been a problem with e-mail notification's for PM's and topics you are subscribed to. It looks like my host may have changed something which required me to set up the way the e-mails are sent automatically from the forum.

It should be resolved but let me know if you are still having problems with this.
