Yeah. (Even for me!)

We celebrate our independence by cooking and consuming charred animal flesh, and by trying to blow our own fingers off with explosives, providing the digits with their own independence from us, though the fingers can't live well without the hands they'd been attached to.

Surely there's a metaphor in there somewhere.

That was nice of you, Tony!

Once in the 70's when I happened to be wearing a bandana on my head, I was waiting for a bottle rocket to go off. Nothing was happening as I waited with my head down and covered until I looked up and it took the scarf right off my head  Went right down my center part.

Anyway, I'd like to take three of those and shove them up Bush's, Cheney's and Rove's asses and light them.

I never liked celebrating the idea of us running away from you guys.

The government is launching the citizenship test for foreigners who want to become British. If you want the passport, then you'll have to read Life in the UK, a special book, and sit a 45-minute test on society, history and culture. But do you know what it is to be British? The following very unofficial questions are based on information in the official book - let's see how well you do...

I used to think you were the baddest dude on the forum. Now you're all eating a fatty, all meat, heart attack inducing meal and blowing a finger or two off in the name of freedom is a bad thing? I had no idea you wore Birkenstocks.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

Hopefully you'll be extending the same greeting and posting the same video for your Scottish neighbours sometime around 2010.
