A horse chestnut.

I had a tenner at school once - used to put it in vinegar.

Has the conkers world championship been held in USA?

Do Muricans use bits of tree to play games?

What are baseball bats made of?

Wooden bats are made from ash. In college ball aluminum is permitted, but never in the pros.

At my university, a scaled-down wooden Conestoga wagon pulled by two miniature horses is driven out on the field after every touchdown.

i'd like to be one of the many "Happy Trees" (preferably painted with a little Van Dyke Brown™) because they were always happy... and always had a "Little Friend" that "lived" somewhere nearby...

i would be a palm tree. I could throw coconuts at everyone!

I read somewhere that if you make a tree your friend, you will live a long life.

I also hear that coconuts are the #1 killer in hurricanes.

Here's a type of tree in this photo on a trip to Iceland...imagine it covered in snow & ice. That's me. :)
