Quite relieved United are two wins below us now though.

Over to the blues- will it be a Merseyside double over North London? I think you'll do well to get anything from White Hart Lane. Here's to a draw.

I think we might lose this one in the 'battle for 5th', and a place in a competition that no-one really wants to be in (though City look like they might drop out of the top four and allow someone else in). Did either of you go yesterday, were Arsenal that poor or were you lot just way too good for them? It is a bit odd that this season there seems to be more talk about managing to get that magical fourth spot than there is about winning the league. The way the top managers and Brenda are trying to take the pressure off their teams by concentrating on Champions League qualification is more than a little weird. Maybe it's just a case of dampening the fans' expectations but Rodgers' claim that Liverpool can get that fourth place is ridiculous in terms of understatement, for a team that was top at Christmas and beat Arsenal and Everton by an aggregate 9-1 since.

But looking on the bright side there's still the white vinyl Porcupine and I've got a sneaky suspicion of a dark blue Ocean Rain to look forward to.

I harbour hopes that Liverpool will win the league. On their day, like yesterday and against Everton, they are superb and could beat anybody, but then you get things like West Brom the other week, when the expectation falls flat and you feel disappointed again. I don't think they'll win this year, but they could do. If not, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th will do. I'd be happy if Everton came fourth, as long as it is not at our expense, and we come one place above. Better Everton than Man Utd or Spurs.

Everton might have just blown their chance of 4th place. How the hell are Tottenham above Everton?

Played like a team of midfielders, great possession but no cutting edge and fell asleep on the goal, shame he didn't bring the big striker on at the end as he looks incredible of FIFA14! Should have got a pen at the end, ref was stood right in front of it, not surprised at that knobhead though.
