Yup photoshopped. Unfortunately there wasn't any larger sized lego people pictures to play around with, hence why it is a small pic. I was going to try HUH or Ocean Rain, but that was a lot easier and couldn't find anything suitable. To do an Ocean Rain cover, I think you'd actually need lego to make a boat to put in at a the right angle.

There is a lego person generator here and you can make your own lego Mac, Will, Les and Pete rather than Photoshop existing lego people.
