More simple explanation than that. She (that is no way a man, unless he was a fat cross dresser) had escaped from Creedmoor State Hospital in New York and decided to visit Charlie Chaplin's Circus for the day, having read about it in Loonies News Gazette. Schizo no doubt thinking she was talking to her long deceased grandma, channelling energies through her hand.

There's no way that was an iPhone. The call was clearly not dropped in that video.
