Levi Bellfield-a typical car clamper.

If the murderous scumbag Levi Bellfield had clamped my car, I would have handcuffed him to the vehicle and set him on fire. I don't like car clamper's or any other form of legalised extortionist.

You know I have never seen one of those put on or taken off.

Nor have I seen someone like him set on fire either.
