I want a digital accordion!!!!!!

Roland’s FR-7 V-Accordion, a second-generation digital accordion with 30 sounds, has a digital output that solves the problem. Using the company’s Physical Behavior Modeling technology, these accordions simulate the dynamic expression and other aspects of traditional accordions’ sound using algorithms rather than prerecorded samples. New sounds are possible thanks to a MIDI connection, so you could technically simulate an electric guitar or herd of elephants using only an accordion. An onboard digital amplifier uses power from a rechargeable Ni-MH battery to drive two neodymium woofers and two tweeters of the same type.

Go for it. Maybe you can win the Accordion King competition for the National Accordion Federation or something like that. I had a friend who did. But then, that's not really your point, is it?

Frank forgot to say Weird Al has one. That makes it way cool. :) If you are a nerd. But one of my acquaintances is a Weird Al impersonator.

No.
You don't know who Weird Al is? You don't even need to go out for that.

For the uninformed, Weird Al writes parodies of hits and plays them on accordion.

Queen's Another One Bites the Dust -- Another One Rides the Bus
Joan Jett's I love Rock n Roll -- I love Rocky Roac
Jacko's Beat It-- Eat It
James Blunt You're Beautiful -- You're Pitiful
The Knack My Sharona --- My Bologna
Pretty Fly for a White Guy -- Pretty Fly for a Rabbi

The list goes on.

Thanks Frank.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts
