finding Brian's original VT site on the Internet Wayback Machine got me feeling nostalgic... so I went looking for some of my old sites. Aah, memories...

Crap. I thought this was going to be about the Little River Band song.

Yeah, sorry...

Just a bit of bullshit self-indulgence.

I always meant to tell you that you were missing a graphic on your main page. You can see what I mean in that screen shot from 2000 where the red X is.

I am pretty sure your site was the first time I heard anything off of WAYGTDWYL as you had a bootleg posted of a show where they played several of the songs prior to it's release.

That "Stephen Hawking sings the Bunnymen" was you too wasn't it?

My favorite was when the Avalanche LP was for sale. I remember digging the site at that point in time. Thought it looked great.

Ianmcculloch.com was cool too. The fan interview was pretty rad even though I couldn't make out half of what Ian said.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

I noticed the grovelingly nice review of the "What are we going to to with our life" album. It took a while to realize just how far they had tumbled (until I and some friends saw the infamous sore throat tour without Les)

Heh... totally forgot about that one. Some people actually thought it was a real product...and a real page on amazon.com.
