Bad news friends,

I only switched to comcast BB a week ago, only to find that they are blocking torrent seeds! For those unfamiliar with bittorrent, basically you can host files on your pc, and thru p2p apps grabs those files. So, so much for me sharing my bunnymen boots with you all! Am very sorry. I might be able to swing seeding some at my work, so I'll get back to you. If anyone has any suggestions, let me know.

yeah, comcast is blocking all p2p networks... it sucks...

if you have files that are under 100MB, you can upload them to a file-sharing service and we can all download them... but some have download limits (like only 25 downloads) or time limits (up for 7 days) it depends which service you use. i have used yousendit.com with no problems. but it may not have the accessibility you are looking for.

I've used yousendit several times too, but I've heard that http://www.boxstr.com/ doesn't have the same time restrictions.
