She kept her dignity on SNL last night, that's for sure. Nice work.

What was she supposed to do other than keep her dignity? Act all batshit crazy on live national television - roll her eyes, sigh, make weird faces and gestures like she's a three year old hopped up on Cocoa Puffs? McCain already did that at Wednesday's debate. Played out.

She could have tried to play the saxophone and talked about what kind of underwear she wears.

But she didn't.

I am really not into celebrities telling us their politics. Beatles are to be blamed for making that so popular.

Me too. That's pretty much why I posted it.

Oh, and I'm gonna post this over here... since nobody seems to be touching the Obama Bucks thread:

Bond Rating Agencies (Fitch/Moodys/S&P) in the United States are the latest
culprits in bringng doubt to the stability of the financial markets. They are
supposed to give appropriate credit-worthy ratings to bond issues. As seen
in emails presented at court hearings today, higher ratings were issued for
profit, single-handedly eroding any confidence in bonds being held in mutual
funds, pensions, etc. This has spooked the markets well before Halloween,
as seen by the worldwide downward spiral taking place over the past couple
of days in the values of those investments.
You put your lips to her lips to stop the lie.

So will Palin control the Senate if she gets elected?

This is an outrage!

US Republican presidential candidate John McCain has accused his rival, Barack Obama, of supporting both teams playing in the baseball World Series.

The baseball championship series begins on Wednesday, and both teams - the Tampa Bay Rays and the Philadelphia Phillies - are from key swing states.

Senator McCain said Mr Obama backed the Phillies when in Pennsylvania and rooted for Tampa Bay when in Florida.

It's true... they showed the tape on Jon Stewart last night.
Then they showed the tape where Palin supported 3 different teams during their pennant races
