I never saw Little Nicky, but I thought he was quite good in Shadrach.

Looks like an awful remake. Nobody can do DCI (sorry Lieutenant) Gene Hunt better than Philip Glenister, you nounce. I believe that ABC did actually approach Glenister and Simm to star in the remake, but they couldn't do it. Wonder if they'll do a remake of Ashes to Ashes next. A fit American actress [insert name here] can play Detective Alex Drake, and viewers can watch every episode the sexual chemistry between her and the wrinkly Lt Hunt (:eek:), while enjoying a mix of 80s tunes during the car chase scenes.
