SPOILERS on Season 4 are in the following article

http://blog.wired.com/underwire/2008/03 ... t-the.html

It's been a long, hard year for Battlestar Galactica fans. The wait for season four is almost over, though, and BSG junkies can get their fix online 10 hours before the show airs on TV. The final season premiere will stream live on SciFi.com from noon to 1 p.m. April 4 -- get your lunch orders in now.

The streaming revelation along with other show secrets and anecdotes, was revealed last night at the Morgan Library during a panel discussion with series executive producers David Eick and Ron Moore and nine of the show's stars.

The SCi-Fi channel gave the greenlight for the BSG prequel, Caprica... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caprica

Caprica, a two-hour pilot that takes place 50 years before BSG, has been given the green light....The show will begin production this spring and will air in the fall.

Did anyone watch the season opener? Man those people are going bonkers! Should be a great season of paranoia and suspicion. That's all I will say, I don't want to spoil it for anyone.

On another note...I think I finally got my wife to agree to watch the show based on the quality of the story and the writing. She had been intrigued I think but she does not like sci fi as a rule. She admitted to reading up on it. She did not watch the season opener, that would have been confusing of course. I may have her watch one of those recap shows or just go out and rent or buy season one.

Forgot about it, myself...

But just watched it online. Good return to form.
Any idea how many episodes are left?

Or you could get the Playboy with the Cylon chick. That cleared things up for me.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

The last two ones were the best ever.

I always put on the captioning when I watch. It picks up all that background chatter like Baltar's wireless speeches that were going on throughout the last episode which were very interesting.

I am so glad this season is going well. It would be nice to go out with a bang.

SPOILERS

Gah!! What is happening?! It is insanity! Season 4, Episode 8, Sine Qua Non. Watched it last night.

The Cylon Sharon murders the "Six" Cylon named Natalie. Natalie seems to have visions when she dies that are similar to Laura Roslyn's visions of being in a forest.

Saul Tigh, who is a Final Cylon , gets the Caprica Six Cylon prisoner pregnant (who keeps appearing to him as his dead wife, who he murdered during the occupation for collaborating with the Cylons ironically) and becomes the fleet commander when Admiral Adama steps down as fleet commander to find President Laura Roslyn himself who jumped away on a Basestar with Baltar and a bunch of Viper pilots.

Lee Adama becomes president when Tom Zarek steps aside after a brief stint as acting president

Is anyone watching? BF? FtB?

The Hub had a lot of important things happen but overall I didn't care for the episode for some reason.

I did LOVE the theological "discussion" between Baltar and the toaster Centurion. He made that master/dog comparison and the Centurion cocked it's head just like a dog would. Hilarious.

this totally creeped me out. partially cuz i have always liked Gaius and Six together (and their invisible/hallucination counterparts). i haven't yet watched this week's episode. its on the DVR. i am really liking this season, but there is so much information to process... it's a shame the show will be over when this season is done.

nerd out

I know what you mean but it doesn't need to go on and on. Most TV shows stay on the air much too long. the suspense is killing me this season.

Just wait until you hear the conversation between Baltar and Roslyn, btw. I was stunned.

Just now watched it. (Thank you, Pirate Bay, for saving me when my media center's down the shitter)

Honestly, for the amount of heavy shit going on, there was a little too much soap opera for me. And the humor was a lttle much too. Almost seemed like "Lost"... in space.

Hey, wait a minute...
