Anybody else notice Bin Laden was killed 8 years (to the day) after Bush declared "Mission Accomplished"? http://bit.ly/chKwia

And it hasn't really cost that much-both $ and lives -has it?

With a bit of luck Obama'll go for him next.

100.000-1,000,000 civilian casualties in Iraq & Afghanistan (though Bin Laden was found where he was thought to be all along - Pakistan.

So, the "coalition" killed 100,000-1,000,000 lives (plus Osama) in exchange for the 3000 civilians who perished on 9/11. What will be the price we pay for those 100,000-1,000,000 lives? 3,000,000-33,000,000? Not looking good.

Your friend "Osama" used a woman as a human shield when the Navy SEALs attacked.

That says it all for me.

Your reference to him using his first name denoted a familiarity.

I apologize. I shouldn't have been so flip.

A guy with a failing kidney was able to grab and hold a young woman?
Sounds Tillman-esque.

So originally it was a drone plane and then it became Navy Seals.

So we spent all that time looking in caves and he was in a mansion in a city heavily populated by the Pakistani military and Pakistani military training facilities.

Go figure.

"A woman killed during the U.S. raid of Osama bin Laden’s compound in Pakistan was not his wife and was not used as a human shield by the al Qaeda leader before his death, a U.S. official said on Monday, correcting an earlier description."

Early reports also suggested that Todd Beamer led the charge into the compound, with a hearty "let's roll!", followed closely by Pat Tillman. This was later corrected to state that the ghost of Todd Beamer led the charge into the compound, with a hearty "let's roll!", followed closely by the ghost of Pat Tillman.

I never put more than a tenner of petrol in the car any more and always buy small bottles of cooking oil lest we are paid a visit buy US forces intent on regime change aimed at the democratization of our house.
