Lets face it dumb ass yanks are never gonna connect with the latest Bond. He's English, educted, refined and a lean, mean killing machine. He a aint a 40" waist, xenophobic, thick, provincial and ill educated moron. How are American audiences going to empathise with him?

I once made a slightly lob-sided teapot stand in woodwork and a wonky set square in metalwork. Surprisingly I didn't become a carpenter or a ... er ... metalworker.

I happen to love Daniel Craig as James Bond. I don't find him attractive, but he's not unattractive either (he does have beautiful blue eyes, so I'll give him that). He's a very good actor and the best Bond yet. Pierce Brosnon was a poor choice....there's way too much cheese with him, and I'm not a fan of his in general. Javier was creepy funny in his role, and again, a top notch actor (see "No Country for Old Men" for proof).
