The Baltimore-DC area has gotten 4 feet of snow this week.

Is that a "snow" reference?

You want sympathy?
Or are you telling us something that has been all over the news 24/7?

I find it to be notable.

BTW Baltimore has received more snow than Buffalo this season.

As a former resident of Syracuse, having lived through quite a few 200+ inch seasons, I can tell you this would be serious snowfall anywhere. In this part of the country, though, it is debilitating and dangerous.

"It may be a blessing in disguise. ... Something happened a long time ago in Baltimore, and people might not want to talk about it. Baltimorians were originally under the heel of the British. You know, King George, or whatever. And they got together and swore a pact to the devil. They said, we will serve you if you will get us free from the British. True story. And so, the devil said, okay it's a deal. Ever since they have been cursed by one thing after the other."
–Pat Robertson, on the Snowpocalypse in Baltimore that left 4 feet of snow this week.

As is partying with Black Francis.

You are getting what was meant for us but pushed further south . With no plows or salt and leaves on your trees.

We had that a couple of years ago in October:

Got a ticket on the NYC streets even through it was totally snowed in and there would be no street cleaning. Fucking BS, huh??

My Dad decided he just had to attended a conference in DC this week and is now stuck out there and can't get home. Not by plane, train or automobile. Had to walk to his hotel a mile a couple of times because there were no taxis. Do you think he's learned his lesson?
I long for the pork of Porcupine. (A slide show dedicated mostly to Will right here.... http://www.examiner.com/rock-music-in-l ... -here-tour)
