That does sound a little ridiculous although he has Bush to thank for it being three years (excessive) as opposed to a special torture session with Saddam's oldest son followed by a painful death.

I wonder what you could expect if an American threw two shoes at Obama. Electric chair?

Free him now - as much as I hate Bush you can't go throwing shoes or bombing innocent civilians because of your beliefs or desires. Um, er. never mind.
